COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Which Linux distributions can you support?

We scope work for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and CentOS Stream. We verify each release and support status before setting scope. The published $59/server/month Server Care plan currently covers eligible RHEL, Oracle Linux and AlmaLinux environments.

How is server access handled?

Access is arranged separately after the request is reviewed and authorized. The quote form does not collect passwords, private keys or confidential system data.

What should I include in a request?

Share the distribution and release if known, the server role, the issue or goal, business impact and timing. OS Assistance confirms availability, scope, rate and authorization before paid work begins.
