Will our websites experience downtime during a Plesk migration?
We use a staged approach: copy bulk data while the current server remains live, validate the target, then perform a final differential file and database sync during a planned cutover. Database writes may need to be paused, queued, or replicated during the final sync. Lowering DNS TTL in advance can help, but resolver caching and application behavior vary. We plan to minimize downtime; zero downtime cannot be guaranteed for every environment.
Can you fix 502/504 Bad Gateway errors on Plesk Nginx/Apache servers?
Yes. We investigate logs, upstream timeouts, resource limits, proxy settings, and PHP-FPM behavior. Common causes include exhausted FPM workers, unsuitable timeouts, memory pressure, or Apache worker saturation. When measurements support it, we can tune settings such as pm.max_children and request_terminate_timeout, along with Apache event worker limits.
Can backups be sent to storage outside our hosting provider?
Yes. We can configure encrypted off-site exports to customer-approved Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, or Wasabi repositories, with access controls, retention, alerting, and restore procedures. We recommend testing restores and confirming key ownership and storage costs as part of the recovery plan.
