Maintain
One monthly OS patch window with approved prechecks, an existing backup/snapshot procedure and post-checks.
Review
Weekly backup-job review, routine approved cleanup and a monthly maintenance summary.
HTTP endpoint checks are included. Application changes and code development are outside routine server maintenance unless separately agreed.
WordPress/plugin/theme updates, malware cleanup, content edits, restores, storage expansion and application repairs need their own approved scope. Backup storage and vendor subscriptions are paid separately. Customer data is never deleted as routine cleanup without authorization.
