UNDERSTAND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
A defined assessment for up to five Linux servers.
A DEFINED MONTHLY PROGRAM
Ongoing operations for up to five agreed Linux servers.
Onboarding and initial remediation are scoped separately. Support hours, response targets, troubleshooting-hour treatment and additional-work rates are agreed before service begins. Cloud costs, subscriptions, major upgrades, migrations and restoration exercises are additional unless explicitly included.
The four troubleshooting hours are in addition to agreed scheduled maintenance. Work beyond the allowance needs approval. Unused-hour rollover and emergency coverage are defined in the proposal; no rollover or emergency SLA is implied.
ERP/SFTP operations, cloud migrations and architecture advisory are separately scoped engagements.
