Enterprise Linux Administration & Infrastructure Support

Disciplined engineering. Proactive stability. Clear ownership.

Production Linux environments need planned maintenance, careful changes, and senior-level troubleshooting. OS Assistance supports Linux infrastructure across scheduled patching, security hardening, backup and recovery checks, web and application stacks, and incident triage.

From a single server to a cloud-hosted fleet, we scope work around your operating systems, services, access model, approvals, and operating requirements.

Approved changes, clear scope, and documented next steps.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Practical Linux care, from the kernel to the application stack.

Support is planned around your environment. We confirm access, scope, safeguards, and change approvals before production work begins.

01

OS maintenance & hardening

Coordinate supported package and kernel updates, review dependencies, apply agreed security configuration, and verify important services after approved changes.

PATCHING · CONFIGURATION · VALIDATION
02

Storage & resource health

Investigate disk-space and inode pressure, LVM capacity, memory constraints, and related Linux resource issues. Changes are scoped and approved before implementation.

DISK · LVM · MEMORY
03

Web & application stacks

Configure and troubleshoot Nginx, Apache, PHP-FPM, OpenSSL, Plesk, and Linux-hosted database services within the agreed infrastructure scope.

NGINX · APACHE · PLESK
04

Reliability & incident triage

Review existing backup jobs, check recovery readiness, investigate failed services, and establish a safe diagnostic or remediation plan for Linux incidents.

BACKUPS · SERVICES · TRIAGE

Read the SLA & support scope
Which Linux distributions do you support?
Support can include RHEL, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu LTS, and Debian Stable. We confirm exact releases and vendor support status during scope review.
Can you support Nginx, Apache, and Plesk?
Yes. We support Linux-hosted Nginx and Apache services, PHP-FPM, OpenSSL, Plesk, and related server configuration within an agreed scope.
How does the $4,000/month Linux Care plan work?
The flat monthly fee covers unlimited approved Linux servers and unlimited in-scope tasks during Office Hours, without a per-server or membership-count fee. Work proceeds sequentially, one active task or workstream at a time. Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. Requests are triaged and an expected plan is shared within 24 hours during weekday service hours.
What response targets apply to urgent incidents?
For accepted P1 requests on covered systems, initial response targets are under 1 hour during weekday business hours and under 2 hours after hours, as described in the SLA. A response means acknowledgment and diagnostic kickoff; it is not a resolution guarantee. Emergency work is subject to acceptance, availability, and approved scope.
How do you protect production systems?
We agree on the work, access method, change window, and backup or snapshot safeguards before production changes. Do not send passwords or private keys through general contact forms or unencrypted email.
