Provider
OS Assistance is a DBA of SHRE Consulting Corp, a Delaware corporation. Service contracts and invoices identify SHRE Consulting Corp DBA OS Assistance.
Scope and pricing
Published USD prices describe a proposed launch pilot. Scope, taxes where applicable, setup, support hours, pilot duration and renewal terms are confirmed in writing before payment. No service contract is formed merely by browsing or submitting an inquiry.
Work authorization
Technical investigation and changes require authorization. Standard diagnosis has a one-hour minimum; additional approved work uses 15-minute increments. Diagnosis does not guarantee a fix. Work already included in Server Care is not billed again as a new incident.
Accounts and subscriptions
Customers retain their accounts and data. Vendor licensing, cloud charges, backup storage and third-party tools are separate unless explicitly included.
Changes caused by maintenance
The agreement will address correction of issues caused by our maintenance, without unexpected additional charges. Larger upgrades, recovery exercises and initial remediation require a separate scope.
