The proposed launch pilot is limited to up to 10 customers for 90 days. Its start date, duration, renewal price and notice arrangements must be supplied in writing before payment.
Cancellation
Ask through the contact form to cancel or discuss renewal. Your accepted subscription terms govern notice, the effective date and any remaining obligations.
Refunds
This website does not promise a universal refund or money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled under the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Paid investigation
Diagnostic work is engineering time, not a guaranteed repair. Approve the initial scope and budget before work starts.
