SERVICE INFORMATION
Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to OS Assistance websites, inquiry forms, communications and agreed services.
Authorized use
Request work only for systems, accounts, domains and data that you own or are authorized to administer. Keep evidence of authorization and identify any production restrictions or testing limits before work begins. We may request proof or pause work when authority or scope is unclear.
Prohibited activity
Do not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent activity, unauthorized access or scanning, malware distribution, phishing, spam, denial-of-service attacks, data theft, harassment or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass authentication, licensing, payment requirements or security controls. Authorized security testing requires a separately agreed scope.
Protect sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive datasets through a public form. Arrange an approved secure access or transfer method separately.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their users, instructions, data, licenses and authorization. Monitoring or a security review does not guarantee detection of every misuse, vulnerability or compromise.
Enforcement and reporting
We may decline requests or suspend work when we reasonably believe an activity is unauthorized, abusive, unlawful or presents a security risk, subject to the accepted agreement and applicable law. Report suspected abuse to [email protected] without including secrets.
